The Best Crock Pot Mac and Cheese
The Best Crock Pot Mac and Cheese – I don’t know about you, but with the colder weather approaching my body starts craving comfort food. This easy Crock Pot Mac and Cheese recipe is sure to hit the spot. Yum!
Serving size: 6
8 ounces cooked elbow macaroni
1- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1 1/2 -cups whole milk
1/4 -cup (1/2 stick ) of butter, melted
1 -teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2- large eggs, beaten
5 -cups shredder cheddar cheese
Dash of paprika (optional)
Spray the inside of the crock pot thoroughly with cooking spray.
Mix the macaroni, evaporated milk, milk, butter, salt, pepper, eggs and all but 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
Sprinkle the reserved cheese over the top of the mixture and then sprinkle with paprika (optional).
Cover and cook on low heat for around 3 hours (time may vary on crock pot type).
Turn off the crock pot, stir well and serve hot.

*Double the recipe for easy reheats.
