HCT: Providing Hope and Health to CRPS Patients
HCT: Providing Hope and Health to CRPS Patients – Today, over 25 million people are diagnosed with CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) aka RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) worldwide. While staggering, patients are not being given the options of treatments outside the box that can help them such as HCT (Hypnosis Combined Therapy). Traditional healthcare is great when it comes to injuries and acute conditions, but it increasingly falls short when addressing chronic pain. What we have found through research and tried methodology is HCT gives hope and restores chronic pain patients’ lives.
The majority of patients diagnosed with CRPS are treated with traditional methods (i.e. NSAIDS, PT, OT, local blocks, regional blocks, lumbar sympathetic blocks, ganglion blocks, pain medications/opioids, spinal cord stimulators and even pain pumps), and most do not get relief much less remission. Unfortunately, most physicians are not trained in alternative or integrative methods to treat CRPS and other chronic pain conditions. Thus, patients and their loved ones do not hear about other options. Sometimes, we have to be our own advocate as a patient and bring this information to our physician. I did, and it changed my life.
HCT has allowed countless chronic pain patients (CRPS/RSD, Fibromyalgia, phantom limb pain, chronic migraines, SFN, etc.) to dramatically decrease their pain levels, gain functional levels, and regain their lives. Many CRPS patients have gained long-term remission too. HCT is a multi-modality protocol that includes: hypnosis/hypnotherapy, cold laser, PEMF, biofeedback, light/sound therapy, neuroplasticity training, cell memory, resetting the chronic pain loop in the limbic system, and more. It is this combination that is integrated to meet each patient’s individual needs.
Treating each individual as a whole is key. Unlike traditional medicine that typically compartmentalizes based upon symptoms and diagnosis, HCT is a well-rounded approach. You can’t just treat the symptoms and expect chronic pain patients to get better. It is about the whole person. Getting you out of “fight/flight”, calming down the sympathetic nervous system and balancing the autonomic system, increasing restorative sleep, decreasing / controlling stress and anxiety, increasing self-worth and self-esteem, and of course breaking the pain loop. It is addressing all of these areas that help chronic pain patients to regain their lives.
I can tell you from my own personal experience with CRPS and now treating CRPS and chronic pain patients – it is possible to regain your life and gain remission. To regain your life it takes a protocol that treats the whole person, working with mind-body medicine, providing coping skills, support, and addressing all areas.
This is what patients have to say about HCT:
“After four years of suffering, in five days, I was able to get my life back. Absolutely speechless! Cannot say enough positive things about this treatment. It’s the only thing that works!” – Sierra K., former (CRPS) patient.
“I arrived using my crutches dealing with pain, swelling in my foot/ankle, coloration changes, and all the usual things that go with CRPS. After my intensive I was at zero pain, no swelling, the color in my foot/ankle were perfect and I was starting to walk without my crutches. The one treatment that actually helped.” WH – CRPS
“Traci has helped me not only once but twice. She has helped me when I thought there was no hope. She cares. She understands what we are going through when the medical world looks at us as though we are a mental case and dismisses us with pain killers and Tens units. Those of us who have CRPS have an option now. Advanced Pathways. It works! I love her and thank her for giving my life back to me. It was worth every penny I put into it. You cannot put a price tag on being pain free! Don’t suffer another day when you can get rid of this pain. I urge all of you who are suffering to call Traci.” – DP (CRPS)
Overall, integrative and complementary approaches strike a balance that traditional medicine alone cannot do. If you think that a non-invasive and drug-free treatment may be a good fit for your lifestyle and pain, I encourage you to contact us for a free confidential telephone consult.
