Products and retailer purchases

Final sale policy
All digital downloads, audio, interactive editions and digital kits are final sale because access and downloading are provided immediately. The Unbroken Smile does not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refund requests for digital products. Print books and physical products are also final sale through The Unbroken Smile, although the retailer may correct an order that is damaged, missing or incorrect. Duplicate charges, corrupted files, incorrect files and other genuine delivery problems should be reported promptly so access or the file can be corrected. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be limited.
Personal-use licenses
Unless a listing clearly grants different rights, digital downloads, interactive editions, videos, audio and printables are licensed to one purchaser for personal use. They may not be copied for a group, resold, uploaded, redistributed, shared publicly, used to train an AI system, or turned into another product. A purchaser may print the number of personal copies expressly allowed by the listing.
Customer video libraries
A private library link is included with eligible kits. It is intended only for the purchaser and members of the purchaser's household when the product description allows. Do not post or redistribute the library link or video files. Access may be moved to a more secure delivery method in the future, and legitimate purchasers will be given reasonable instructions if that happens.
